FLINT Coastguard responded to reports of 'a vessel in an unusual position' on the River Dee.
The coastguard said at 8.51am on Monday (November 11) the team responded to the reports near the Blue Bridge in Queensferry.
However, through the Coastguard Operations Centre (CGOC) the team became aware of concrete testing taking place under the A494 Bridge.

Once on scene, the team saw that the vessel was now fully in the water, and contractors confirmed they had launched the vessel to carry out surveying duties under the bridge.
The team was subsequently recalled to base.
