VILLAGE pub goers have raised almost £5,000 for a Wrexham hospice.
The licensee and five regulars from the Red Lion in Marford completed the Three Peaks Challenge last weekend in under 24 hours, raising around £5,000 for Nightingale House.
Those taking part in the challenge were John Dodd, Mathew Povey, Mark Davies, Steve Beattie, Steve Platt, Dave Dodd and Mouse Walker.
