A POLICE motorcycle has been involved in a crash which has caused a road block near Corwen on Wednesday.
The A5 has been closed in both directions at the exit from Corwen towards Llangollen following the crash involving the North Wales Police motorcycle and a car.
Police said the motorcycle which was escorting wide loads when the incident occurred just before midday.

A police spokesperson said: "We were called to a road traffic collision in Corwen at 12.01pm.
"A police motorcycle and a Renault Scenic were involved.
"The road was blocked and has subsequently been closed."
Welsh Ambulance Service sent one emergency ambulance, treating two people at roadside.
An ambulance service spokesperson said: “We were called at approximately 11.55am to reports of a road traffic collision involving a car and a motorbike on the A5 near Corwen.
"We responded with one emergency ambulance, where two people were treated on the scene.”
Traffic Wales said congestion is building near Llidiart y Parc, between Corwen and Llangollen.
