A THIEF has been ordered to pay compensation of £204.50 to a Mold pharmacy after he stole three bottles of fragrance.
Simon Mark Martin was identified from CCTV footage after a staff member noticed the perfume stand at Boots in High Street, Mold, was empty.
Martin, 33, of Maes Abad, Earl Road, Mold, admitted theft on February 10 when he appeared at North East Wales Magistrates Court.
Euros Jones, defending, said Martin had a history of drug problems and had relapsed.
Martin said he had been signed off work, but District Judge Gwyn Jones ordered him to do some as part of a 12-month community order.
He was also told to pay costs and a surcharge totalling £170.
