One of the region's leading choirs are seeking the help of a sponsor for an upcoming charitable concert

The Rhos Orpheus Choir are looking for a sponsor for a major concert being held in aid of Nightingale House Hospice in May.

The concert will be at the Stiwt Theatre in Rhos and will feature the Orpheus Choir with Elan Catrin Parry who was seen on ITV's This Time Next Year and has since signed a recording deal with Decca and also the popular Welsh tenor Rhys Meirion.

Richard Huxley Concert Secretary for the choir, said: "We are delighted to be working with the Rhos Support Group of Nightingale House who are organising this concert and which will be a fantastic evening of music.

"The support group is looking for a sponsor or sponsors who might help towards reaching the costs of staging the concert which is in the region of £1000. Their support will be mentioned in all publicity and acknowledged at the concert."
