A COURT has ordered that a caravan must be removed from the Ruthin Road Travellers Site at Wrexham.
The caravan had been placed on an access road between two pitches and the occupants told officials that they were there for Christmas and would then leave,
An order was served by Wrexham Council for the caravan – which could block access by emergency vehicles – to be removed by the end of January but it was still there, North East Wales Magistrates Court was told.
The Mold court made an order that the caravan must be removed.
The application was dealt with in the absence of the occupants who failed to turn up for the hearing.
