Motorists have been told to expect lengthy delays after a collision near Chirk.
Drivers were advised to avoid the A5/A483 Chirk Bypass after a collision on Tuesday morning.
Traffic Wales confirmed just before 11am that the incident has now cleared, but congestion remains in the area.
