A PRIMARY school is expected to open later than usual due to icy conditions.
Flintshire Council had one school listed as partially closed on Wednesday morning - Ysgol Bro Carmel in Holywell.
According to the council, the reason for the partial closure is that the access roads to the school and the footpath are very icy.
The council has stated that the school aims to open at 10am.
