CONCERNS have been raised for a woman who has been missing since New Year's Day.
A spokesman for the North Flintshire policing team said it is believed Kelsey Baxter may be in the Flintshire area and was last seen on January 1 about 7.30pm.
She is wearing a coat with fur on the hood with knee high boots and she has mousey brown hair.
Anyone with information can contact North Wales Police on 101 I/TRACE number 23577.
We have concerns for a missing female Kelsey Baxter who may be in the Flintshire area. She was last seen on 1/01/19 at approx. 19:30 hours and has not been seen since.
