PUPILS at a Wrexham school have spent time learning about the work of those who are helping the less fortunate over Christmas.
The Year 1 children at St. Anne's Catholic Primary School in Caia Park devoted some of their lesson time to talking about helping those less fortunate than themselves at Christmas time. Their caring approach was inspired by a visit from Captain Ian Davies of the Wrexham branch of the Salvation Army.
The children spent time making their role play area into a soup kitchen and also brought food items into school to hand over to the Wrexham Food Bank.
