A LOCAL police force has donated to charity this Christmas.
Officers from the North Flintshire policing team have donated gifts to the North Clwyd Animal Rescue, near Holywell.
Posting a picture of a Christmas tree with presents underneath on social media, a spokesman for the force said: “Ignore our festive tree! The presents underneath are some of the gifts donated by officers to North Clwyd Animal Rescue. One of our awesome Intelligence officers Louise has organised all this. She wanted to make sure the shelter has enough treats, toys and blankets so that all the animals have a Merry Christmas too.”
