HUNDREDS of people took to the streets of Flint to remember the lives lost during the First World War.
A parade was held in the town and respects were paid to the fallen soldiers as wreaths and crosses were laid.
As the year marks the centenary of the end of World War One, special events were held across Flintshire and the county was united in silence for two minutes as the events were remembered.
