A MAN from Flintshire who was jailed for three years in the summer must now hand over £13,000.
An investigation under the Proceeds of Crime into the activities of Mark Anthony Boyes revealed that his criminal benefit was £44,800.
Judge Timothy Petts has now made an agreed order at Mold Crown Court that £13,565 should be confiscated.
He was told that it was money seized by North Wales Police during his arrest.
Boyes appeared at the financial hearing via a live television link from Berwyn Prison in Wrexham.
In August Boyes received a three year sentence for possessing cocaine with intent to supply and possessing criminal property.
Boyes, 38, of Glan y Don in Greenfield, was arrested after police executed a search warrant in Mostyn in June of last year.
