THE annual Brymbo Rocks proved to be bigger than ever this weekend.
Brymbo Rocks is held every year at the former steelworks and for the first time ever was a two day affair.
Crowds at the concert were entertained by the likes of local bands and performers including Isabella Crowther, Total Chaos and bilingual band GOGS.
Attendees had the choice of two stages with a variety of music, with a festival area in between.
Matt Winson, of GOGS, said: "We had a half hour set on the smaller acoustic stage, stood out a little bit from the solos acoustic acts that shared the stage with us.
"We performed our favourite cover, Ed Sheeran's Castle on the Hill, and a ton of our own material including our social media hit Cefais Creu yn Cymru to much applause."
Cllr Paul Rogers said: "Once again the concert was a success and hopefully the Brymbo Heritage Society can build on that success for next year."
