A GOLF club president handed a cheque to a hospital that treated him after he was suddenly taken ill..
More than 120 members participated in Buckley and Padeswood Golf Club president's individual stableford event.
On the day, the president Billy Evans organised a raffle and all of the proceeds, which totalled £800, have been donated to the intensive care unit at the Countess of Chester Hospital.
Mr Evans had been treated at the hospital earlier this year.
He handed the cheque to senior staff nurse Carol Connors, lead consultant Nicole Robbin, ICU matron Debbie Graham, and staff nurse Gabrielle Craig.
