CHILDREN and adults alike enjoyed the fine weather to spend an afternoon at Rhostyllen village fete.
The fete started with a parade through the village, with several local groups including the local Scout troop and Rhostyllen youth football club.
Cllr Sarah Love of Esclusham Community Council, said: "It was really good, very well attended. Events like this bring the whole community together.
"The weather was fantastic of course and the kids loved the king and queen parade.
"We want to build on this. We want to have it even bigger and better for next year so we want people to get involved.
"I'd like to thank Hayward scrapyard for sponsoring the event as well as all the other sponsors and also Esclusham Community Council for helping organise the event."
