DEE VALLEY Water has apologised for cloudy, discoloured water in Wrexham.
Residents from across Wrexham complained of cloudy water coming from their taps which would not clear from about 6pm on Monday.
One Leader reader from Caia Park, Wrexham took to Facebook to complain of "very cloudy, undrinkable water".
A Dee Valley Water spokesman said yesterday: “We’re sorry to any customers who found they had discoloured water coming from their taps last night or this morning.
“We’ve investigated the problem and found that air was getting into the system.
"This has now been fixed but as water supplies return to normal some customers may still find their water is discoloured during today.
"We want to reassure everyone that it’s completely harmless and the water will clear in time.
“Once again we’d like to apologise for this disruption.”
