RESIDENTS have been told to expect a helicopter passing overhead frequently as part of a training exercise.
North Wales Police has confirmed that officers from the National Police Air Service at Hawarden will be repeatedly flying over the Malpas, Wrexham, Gwersyllt and Buckley areas today.
A spokesman for the force added: "It's nothing to worry about, it's simply a training exercise. Give them a wave if you see them."
Colleagues from @NPASHawarden have advised us that they will be repeatedly flying over the #Malpas #Wrexham #Gwersyllt & #Buckley areas today, but it's nothing to worry about, it's simply a training exercise. Give them a wave if you see them 👋🏻 #EyeintheSky 🚁 pic.twitter.com/uNmBfA1pSn
