MOTORISTS have been facing delays after a car collided with the central reservation of a dual carriageway.
The collision happened on the A55 in Cheshire, near to the A41 junction and the A483 close to the Welsh border, at about 1.30pm today.
Police reduced the road to one lane for several hours, causing a delay of around an hour for motorists, and the Wales Air Ambulance was also called to the scene.
A spokesman for the North West Motorway Police confirmed the driver of the vehicle was "okay" but "a little bit shaken".
