FIREARMS officers assisted by a police dog arrested a man in a Flintshire town.
The man was detained on suspicion of making threats to kill in Whitford Street, Holywell, shortly before 11.30pm on Sunday.
A North Wales Police spokesman said: "A man was arrested on suspicion of making threats to kill.
"A knife was recovered at the scene."
According to 'North Wales Police K9 Cops' on Facebook: "PD Zak was deployed to a firearms incident where one person was safely arrested by the firearms team."
