DIRECTIONS

From Oswestry take the A483 towards Welshpool. At the Llynclys crossroads turn right at the White Lion and proceed for 6 miles turning left sign posted Bala/Penybontfawr. Proceed through Penybontfawr until reaching the village of Llangynog go over the bridge and turn left at the church signposted Pennant Melangell. Upon reaching a set of white gates take the left fork and continue on this road for approximately 2 miles passing through Pennant Melangell. Over the cattle grid, through a farmyard and upon passing through a gate set in a dry stone wall follow the road to the right where the property can be found.
