FOSTER GERARD The funeral has taken place of Gerard Foster who lived in Stansty, Wrexham and passed away at Wrexham Hospital on 7th January 2020 aged 89 years. He leaves his sister Ursula and brothers Tony, Lionel and Laurence. Gerard was a retired electrical engineer at RAF, Wulfrun College and Cartrefle College. Interests included travel, football and gardening. The funeral service was at St. Mary's Cathedral, Wrexham followed by cremation at Pentrebychan on 10th January 2020 and was conducted by Deacon Michael Schoonjans. Bearers were Roberts Brothers. Mourners were close family, in-laws, many relatives, friends and neighbours and former colleagues. Flowers were sent by Lionel and Sylvia, Laurence, Pauline, Tracey, Neville, Andrea, Emer, Rachel and Hilary. The Foster family wish to thank all those who sent sympathy cards, their support and for their generous donations amounting to £96.00 cash and £60 cheque.
