JEFFREYS GRACE The funeral has taken place of Grace Jeffreys who lived in Brymbo and passed away at Wrexham Maelor Hospital on 15th February 2019 aged 80 years. She leaves Bev, Mark (daughter & son-in-law), Sion, Angharad and Luke (grandchildren) and Charlie (great grandson). The funeral service was at Pentrebychan Creamtorium, Wrexham on 27th February 2019 and was conducted by Pastor Paul Brown. Bearers were Angharad, Luke, Sion and David. Mourners were many relatives, friends and neighbours, too numerous to mention. The family would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind support. Special thanks to Denise, Auntie Josie and Pastor Paul Brown. Also, thanks to Dr Kelly and his team, Ellie, Jacqui and Jan. Donations amounted to £200 towards The Dogs Trust and Cats Protection.
