Beloved husband of the late Emily. Loving dad of Lynn and father in law to Eryl. Dear grandad of Lian, Tomas and his partner Cate. Doting great grandad of Ellie. Funeral service and committal at Pentrebychan Crematorium for the family only in line with current regulations. Online donations are welcomed in memory of Jack towards Dementia Uk.
