WREXHAM and Chesterfield will do battle for a third time in eight days tomorrow night after yesterday's FA Cup fourth qualifying round tie ended in a 1-1 draw.

Former Reds striker Mike Fondop gave the hosts an early 1-0 lead at The Proact Stadium but Dean Keates made an inspired triple substitution on the hour mark.

Replacement Devonte Redmond set-up top scorer Bobby Grant for the equaliser just minutes after coming on and Wrexham were on top.

But Wrexham were indebted to a vital late block from skipper Shaun Pearson for preventing Chesterfield from scoring a winner and the sides will meet in tomorrow's replay at The Racecourse for a place in the first round.
