WREXHAM beat Chesterfield 1-0 at The Racecourse to stay top of the National League.

It wasn't spectacular but the Reds got the win they needed thanks to Akil Wright's 62nd minute goal, extending the unbeaten run to six games.

ROB LAINTON: Kicking was sometimes suspect but a safe pair of hands. 6

KEIRAN KENNEDY: Some nervous moments but did a good job deputising at right-back. 6

JAKE LAWLOR: Solid as normal, proving to be an excellent signing. 7
