FULHAM v MANCHESTER CITY

NICK HARRISON: Massive week for the champions when they can really turn the screw on Liverpool. What a perfect place to start with what will be a stroll on the banks of The Thames. 1-3

TOM NORRIS: City can put the pressure back on Liverpool by running riot in the capital, in what is the ideal fixture after the break. Pep’s boys won’t struggle like their title rivals did recently. 0-4

DAN HEALD: Fulham are available at 22/1 to win this one. Any takers? No, nor me. Don’t expect the City juggernaut to stop any time soon as Pep’s men home in on an unprecedented quadruple. 1-4

BRIGHTON v SOUTHAMPTON

NH: Too much to play for in this South coast derby for it to be a classic. May take a Ward-Prowse special to rescue a point for The Saints. 1-1

TN: Open and expansive this game won’t be. The Saints are full of running and that could force the sizeable Brighton central defenders into mistakes. But can they take their chances? 1-0

DH: Saints’ need for points is greater than Brighton’s and this is a great chance for Hasenhuttl’s men to draw level with Brighton. 0-1

BURNLEY v WOLVES

NH: Burnley need a win more than Wolves but this is a game made for the counter-attacking Wanderers. Jimenez to add another goal to his tally but Burnley might grab one back. 1-1.

TN: Burnley are playing a good old fashioned 4-4-2, while Wolves are playing an expansive game based on wing-backs who play like wingers. Expect the visitors to come home happy. 1-2

DH: A contrast of styles and a game you’d expect Nuno’s classy Wolves side to take the honours. They may have to be patient against the stubborn Clarets, but a Jimenez goal can settle a closely fought contest. 1-2

CRYSTAL PALACE v HUDDERSFIELD

NH: The Terriers won at Selhurst Park on the first day of the season last year but despite their awful home firm, Palace will surely get by with relying on another spot-kick from Milivojevic. 2-0

TN: If you’d backed against Huddersfield every week you wouldn’t have gone far wrong this season, and it looks like another defeat for the Terriers. Michy Batshuayi to fire in a home win. 2-0

DH: You’d expect Huddersfield to be a little more adventurous with their relegation almost confirmed. Palace have been too inconsistent all season, but will surely have enough here. 2-0

LEICESTER CITY v BOURNEMOUTH

NH: Bournemouth don’t travel well and that gives Vardy, Maddison and the talented Tielemans the chance to pick off The Cherries defence. 3-1

TN: This should have goals aplenty. Both teams prefer to attack than defend - down to a combination of not wanting to and not being able to. Vardy and Maddison to get the better of Wilson and Fraser. 4-2

DH: Given time, Rodgers will prove his worth at Leicester who are expected to rediscover their attacking instincts after the drab Puel era. They’re not the finished article though and Bournemouth are hardly goal-shy. 2-2

MANCHESTER UNITED v WATFORD

NH: Watford rested most of their first team on their last trip to Manchester but will they do the same against a United side, who may have the Champions League more on their minds than a top four finish? 3-1

TN: Solskjaer blasted his players for their performance at Wolves in the FA Cup and now he’s got the manager’s job on a permanent basis he will determined to put that defeat firmly to bed. 2-0

DH: Solskjaer’s first game as permanent manager should create a buoyant atmosphere at Old Trafford. Expect a performance befitting the occasion as United re-ignite their top-four push. 3-0

WEST HAM UNITED v EVERTON

NH: Two teams who have proved to be prediction nightmares this season. Who knows how The Hammers will perform while Everton played well in the second half against Chelsea to give them hope heading into London town. 2-1

TN: Everton showed exactly why they are the cause for frustration by going from awful to awesome against Chelsea last time out. The Hammers frustrate their fans in equal measure, however. 2-2

DH: The international break probably came at the wrong time for both clubs who’d just enjoyed morale-boosting wins. Based on their seasons to date, it’s hard to see past a score draw here. 1-1

CARDIFF CITY v CHELSEA

NH: If the atmosphere’s as good as it was for the Wales game last Sunday, then Warnock’s Bluebirds have got a chance. A point would be good and they might just get one. 1-1

TN: Chelsea are vulnerable but they surely can’t go and lose to Cardiff? You’ve got to think that Higuain, Hazard and Barkley will have too much. 0-2

DH: Chelsea will need a near-faultless run-in to force their way into the top four. I’ll back Hazard and Barkley to get the ball rolling here with a comfortable win in the Welsh capital. 1-3

LIVERPOOL v TOTTENHAM

NH: The best game of the weekend and one where Salah has to come good in front of the Anfield faithful. He’s been axed from my Fantasy Football team so watch him go and smash in a hat-trick. 3-1

TN: A crunch game in the title race. Tottenham are dangerous now the pressure of a title challenge are gone, while Liverpool failed to convince at Fulham. Klopp’s men to drop points? 2-2

DH: A Spurs price of 9/2 to win at Anfield seems generous. The visitors have plenty of match winners in their armoury, but Liverpool haven’t buckled under pressure yet. This could be a thriller. 2-2

ARSENAL v NEWCASTLE

NH: Emery’s at last getting the best out of his Gunners and an early Lacazette goal could lead to a few more. 4-2

TN: Both teams have improved in recent weeks. The Toon Army have a goal threat now, but Arsenal will enjoy the challenge of trying to outscore their visitors. 3-1

DH: A defensive masterclass from Rafa might be needed here to contain Arsenal’s latent attacking threat. Expect Aubameyang to have his say in proceedings though. 2-0

SCORES SO FAR: Dan Heald 224; Tom Norris 208; Nick Harrison 207.
