Dylan Proctor grabbed the winner for second-placed Y Rhyl, who beat Llanrwst United 2-1. Captain Reece Fairhurst also scored with Joel Jones replying.
Third-placed Llangefni Town were also 2-1 winners at Trearddur Bay and the same scoreline saw Holyhead Hotspur edge out rock-bottom Menai Bridge Tigers in the Anglesey derby.
St Asaph City and Y Felinheli drew 1-1 while Rhys Lloyd grabbed a stoppage-time winner as NFA squeezed past Pwllheli 1-0.
