PENYCAE moved into the top six of the Ardal North East League after a 3-0 home victory over Llansantffraid.
Josh Mazzarella scored twice with Tomos Hughes also on the scoresheet as Penycae closed the gap on leaders Brickfield Rangers to three points.
Rhos Aelwyd are stuck in the bottom three after a 3-1 reverse at 10-men Builth Wells, who had Dan Hall sent off. Scott Reeves scored Aelwyd’s goal.
Llanfair United edged out Llandrindod Wells 1-0 while in the North West League, Llangefni Town are now second in the table after Josh Stanley-Williams scored twice in a 3-0 win at Y Felinheli.
NFA were 2-1 winners in their derby clash with St Asaph City.
