REECE Briers will get the opportunity to make his mark for the North Wales Crusaders this weekend.
Summer signing Briers, the son of former Wales and Warrington star Lee, will be included in the Crusaders' squad for Sunday's visit to Hunslet.
League 1 opportunities have been rare so far for half back Briers, with Jordy Gibson and Brad Billsborough in such fine form.
However, Gibson is suffering with concussion and he will be unavailable for the Hunslet trip as the Crusaders look for a positive outcome following last weekend's loss to Keighley.
"But there's an opportunity for Reece Briers," explained head coach Anthony Murray, who said he was excited to see what Briers can do with his chance.
