WREXHAM AFC's star striker Paul Mullin is 'ready for action' as he unveils his fancy new boots ahead of the club's FA Trophy final at Wembley this Sunday (May 22).

The forward has quickly become a much-loved figure since signing for the Reds from Cambridge United last summer.

Mullin has been in inspired form throughout the season, even finishing as the National League top scorer having netted 26 goals.

This coming Sunday the Reds will be taking on Bromley at Wembley in a bid to become FA Trophy champions for the first time since 2013.

And Mullin has revealed a pair of new boots which both he, and Wrexham fans, will be hoping can help him find the back of the net once again down in London.

The uniquely-designed Nike boots feature Paw Patrol characters 'Marshall' and 'Chase' with the much-loved TV show said to be a favourite of Mullin's son.

They also feature the words 'FA Trophy final' on one boot and 'Wrexham v Bromley 22.05.22' on the other.

Can they help guide him to further goalscoring success on Sunday?
