A SUPER six is the target for the North Wales Crusaders on Sunday.
It's been a stunning start to the season for the Colwyn Bay-based outfit, who are sitting pretty at the top of League 1 with five wins from their opening five league matches.
Next up is Sunday's home meeting with basement side West Wales Raiders.
While it has been a terrific team effort so far this campaign from the Crusaders, one of the stand out performers has been Gav Rodden.
He grabbed another two tries in last weekend's comeback 22-18 success at home to Midlands Hurricanes.
That takes his tally for the season up to eight tries, placing him joint-second in the League 1 list of try-scorers.
"He's a good player and he's got better season after season after coming out of the community game," said Crusaders' head coach Anthony Murray.
"His game's improving each week.
"But there's a lot of players inside giving Gav the opportunity to score.
"He's got the pace to finish off what needs to be finished off."
As well as two league points, the Crusaders and Raiders will also be playing for the Celtic Shield on Sunday.
