JORDAN DAVIES could miss Saturday's FA Trophy semi-final home tie against Stockport County while Phil Parkinson hopes to have Tom O'Connor and Bryce Hosannah available for selection soon to give Wrexham a boost for the run-in.

Midfielder Davies, who scored twice in injury time as Wrexham won 6-5 to cap a stunning comeback against Dover last weekend, is doubtful for the cup clash with National League title rivals Stockport due to a lingering calf injury.

"Jordan is a doubt for the weekend," said Parkinson.

"Nothing serious but he is still not 100 per cent happy with his calf.

"It is not a long-term one but we need to assess him closer to the weekend."

January transfer window signing O'Connor made four appearances before picking up a hamstring problem and having suffered a set-back, the midfielder has missed the last seven games.

Full-back Hosannah limped off with a knee injury in the 2-1 FA Trophy quarter-final win at Notts County on March 11 but Parkinson hopes he and O'Connor are closing in on a return.

"Bryce is getting there and so is Tom," said Parkinson.

"We need to get them back in contention quickly, we have got a lot of games coming up.

"We are looking forward to seeing those two back available for selection."

Goalkeeper Rob Lainton and centre-back Harry Lennon have both been ruled out for the season.

Reds' number one Lainton was forced off with a wrist injury during the second half of the goalless draw at Bromley on March 19 and last week had an operation after suffering a fracture and dislocation.

"The operation went well but it is still a long road to recovery," said Parkinson.

Lennon last featured in the 2-1 win at Yeovil on January 22 and he too has had to go under the knife because of a back injury.

"Harry had his back operation and he is progressing well," said Parkinson.

"But he is another one with a long road, three or four months away.

"Harry has been excellent, we were really pleased with how he was doing.

"We knew when he came in that he was going to take time because he was coming back from a problem with his knee.

"But he overcame that really well and it was unfortunate that he picked up this problem with his back but sometimes things happen and there was no way he could carry on with it."
