ELLIOTT DURRELL won't play a part in Wrexham's run-in as the club have confirmed that the midfielder has departed the Racecourse.
Durrell, who returned to The Racecourse for a second spell last summer, scored two goals in 26 league appearances, of which 16 were starts, but he has been out of favour in recent weeks.
A club statement read: "Wrexham AFC can confirm attacking midfielder Elliott Durrell has left the club.
"Durrell, 31, has been released from his contract early by mutual agreement, following discussions with manager Dean Keates.
"Durrell rejoined the club for a second spell at The Racecourse Ground in the summer, and scored two goals in 28 appearances this season.
"Wrexham AFC would like to thank Elliott for his efforts this season."
Keates added: "I would like to thank Elliott for what he has done for the football club this season and I wish him all the best for the future."
