WREXHAM boss Dean Keates has added to his attacking options with the signing of Kwame Thomas.
A tall and physical striker, Thomas, who becomes the eighth new recruit of the summer, has put pen to paper on a one-year contract.
Thomas, 24, who has represented England at under-16, under-17 and under-20 level, arrives at The Racecourse after completing a six-month deal at League One side Burton Albion.
He started his career by coming through the Derby County academy, making his professional debut in the Championship in November 2014.
Loan spells with Notts County and Blackpool followed and after leaving Derby, Thomas joined Coventry City in July 2016.
Whilst with the Sky Blues, Thomas was loaned out to Sutton United and Solihull Moors, making the move to the latter on a permanent basis in February 2018.
Released by Solihull at the end of the 2018-19 campaign after the Damson Park outfit finished runners-up to National League champions Leyton Orient, Thomas moved to Doncaster Rovers in October 2019 on a short-term contract.
He scored three goals in 10 league appearances for Rovers before switching to Burton in February.
