DEESIDE DJs returned to winning ways as they bounced back from recent defeats against Deeside Dominoes and Chester Wolves to beat Boughton Belle Bears.

The DJs started their Under 15s encounter cautiously, but thanks to some vital turnovers and a commanding performance from Libby Garaton, the DJs earned themselves a 20-9 victory.

Deeside Dominoes stayed top of Group A of the U15s division as they got the better of North Dragons Firestorm in an entertaining encounter.

The Dominoes had a 14-5 lead at the break, but Firestorm came out revitalised for the second period with the two teams drawing the half 12-12.

Thanks to their strong first half, though, the Dominoes were able to claim a 26-17 win in which Eve Ratcliffe was named as the player of the match.

In Group B of the same age category, Corina Chau helped her Deeside Darts side to narrowly see off Mold Starlings in a 17-12 success.

Deeside Doves U14s fell agonisingly short in the final minutes against Mold Swifts in their Group A clash, as they eventually slipped to a 21-16 reverse.

Meanwhile, in Group B of the Under 14s league, nothing could separate the two sides the last time Deeside Diamonds faced Holywell Herons as they drew 13-all.

But this time around, the Diamonds took an early lead that they never relinquished in a game where Katy Anglesea starred as she helped her side to an 18-11 victory.

Top of the table Deeside Dixies produced another incredible result as they ruthlessly disposed of Rhosnesni Regals in a 31-3 win where Tayha Jeffries was named player of the match.

Deeside Dace U13s returned from a weekend off to tear apart the Ellesmere Port Tornadoes with a convincing 25-4 success in which Tegan Kirkham played a starring role.

In the Under 12s division, Deeside Dots and Chester Wildcats played out an entertaining encounter which was just about edged by the English side in a 15-12 win. Despite the defeat, the Dots still find themselves in third place in the league with seven games to go.

Deeside Dice U11s and Boughton Belle Piranhas played out a nail biting contest, with Izzy Lancelot helping the Dice to a 6-5 win.

Meanwhile, in the Under 10s division, Deeside Dimples put in a valiant effort against table topping Chester Crackers who notched themselves a 29-1 victory to maintain their perfect record.

In the Under 9s division, Deeside Daredevils came from behind against Mold Robins to go into half time level at 2-2, before returning to seal a 5-4 win in the second period with Ruby Gregory instrumental in the comeback.

Elsewhere in the division, Lili Grace Hansen helped her Deeside Dynamos side to a resounding 10-1 success over North Dragon Fireflies.
