CENTRE-BACK Michael Chambers has had his contract at Wrexham terminated by mutual consent.

The 25-year-old signed for the Reds in the summer following a pre-season trial and made 15 appearances for the club before joining National League South side Chelmsford City on loan in December.

Chambers has now signed for Bromley.

Manager Dean Keates is looking to strengthen his squad during the January transfer window but admitted players are set to leave The Racecourse.

Attackers Ben Tollitt and Mark Harris have already returned to their parent clubs after completing loan spells.
