THE reward for Wrexham beating Rochdale in next week's FA Cup replay would be a home time against Boston United in the second round.
The Reds drew 0-0 with League One Dale on Sunday and the two sides will clash at Spotland a week on Tuesday for the right to play National League North side Boston on the weekend of November 30.
If Wrexham do get through it will bring back memories of the do-or-die clash with Boston back in 2007 when both teams needed to win to stay in the Football League.
Wrexham ended up 3-1 winners in front of 12,374 attendance who saw Ryan Valentine, Chris Llewellyn and Michael Proctor score second half goals for Brian Carey's side
