HOLYWELL TOWN and Brymbo could be battling it out for silverware on two fronts this season.

The Welsh National League title contenders have been paired together in the third round of the Welsh Trophy.

John Haseldin’s Wellmen head to Brymbo, who lead the way in the Premier Division after seven games of the season, on October 26.

Queen’s Park are targeting glory in the competition but they have a tough test at Welsh Alliance front-runners, Denbigh Town.

Mold Alex have a derby date at home to New Brighton Villa while Lex XI’s reward for knocking out holders Cefn Albion last Saturday is a home time against Menai Bridge Tigers.

Greenfield welcome Cefn Mawr Rangers while Coedpoeth United and Brickfield Rangers are on the road at Nantlle Vale and Gaerwen respectively.

After knocking out Rhosllanerchrugog, Rhostyllen will next have a crack at Rhos Aelwyd while Mynydd Isa Spartans head to Llandudno Albion and Llay Welfare host Llandudno Athletic.
