WELSH TROPHY holders Cefn Albion kick off their campaign at home to Lex XI after the draw for the second round threw up some exciting ties.

Albion went all the way to the final last season, beating Pontardawe 4-0 at Newtown's Latham Park ground.

Holywell Town, who will finally kick off their Welsh National League campaign on Tuesday night, have a trip to Hawarden Rangers to contend with while Queen's Park, who won the Welsh National League title last May, head to Chirk AAA.

Mold Alex manager Mike Cunningham has a date at his old club, Saltney Town while Plas Madoc, who reached the quarter-finals last season, host Llay Welfare.

Welsh Alliance outfit Greenfield are at home to Penycae while Brymbo welcome Llandyrnog United.
