Fellow Premier Division trio, Rhostyllen, Saltney Town and Brickfield Rangers, have been handed tricky away ties.

Basement outfit Rhostyllen will make their way to Aberffraw, while Saltney head to Llangefni and Llanrwst lie in wait for Nicky Ward's Brickfield.

Welsh National League Division One outfit Rhydymwyn are also on the road as they pay as visit to Llandyrnog United, who play in the top-tier of the Welsh Alliance alongside Greenfield.

Scott Beck's Flintshire outfit have been drawn at home against Llandudno Amateurs, while Holyhead host Llanberis and Llandudno Albion tackle visiting Llanrug United in the other northern section ties.

The second qualifying round of the competition, which is currently held by Connah's Quay Nomads, will take place on weekend of September 29/30.
