North Wales Crusaders have released five players as head coach Anthony Murray continues his overhaul of the squad.
Luke Warburton, Brett Whitehead, Ryan Millington, Jack Thompson and Kash Watkins have all departed the Wrexham club in search
of regular game time.
North Wales Crusaders CEO Andy Moulsdale said: “We would like to thank all the lads that have left us for their commitment to the club during the time that they’ve been with us, particularly Ryan Millington and Luke Warburton.
“The lads have left in search or regular game time, and we don’t want to stand in their way.
“As we look to the later stages of this season, we’re also building for next year and looking at making additions to the squad as well as securing new deals with the majority of the current squad.
“We’re moving forward as a club both on and off the field and a lot of planning is already ongoing for 2019.”
