A WREXHAM woman who lost two sons in two days has had her phone containing cherished photos of them stolen.

Rose Davies, from Bradley, had her phone pinched from her bag while shopping in One Below in Wrexham.

Tragically, her son's, Bobby and Scott, died suddenly within two days of each other in May 2019.

Scott, 29, was found dead at his home in Gwersyllt on May 29, 2019. And Bobby, 36, died at his mother's home just a day later.

And Rose's phone, an iPhone 11Pro with a pink cover, contains all the photos of both of them that she has.

A heartbroken Rose told the Leader: "I'm absolutely devastated - those photos were all I had left of them both. It feels like I've lost another part of them."

"I'm not bothered about losing the phone itself, it's the memories on it that are so cherished.

"Whoever has it, please, I beg you, hand it in."

Rose said she still hasn't come to terms with the loss.

"I still have their numbers and their Facebook on my phone - I still have bereavement counselling to this day because I can’t accept they're gone.

"It's like losing them all over again."

Rose said the police have reviewed CCTV which shows a group of four men taking the phone from her bag while she shopped.
