Planning applications
PLANS for a new standalone building at a Flintshire primary school are amongst the latest to be submitted to Flintshire Council.
The new building would an provide early years and wraparound childcare facility at Ysgol Croes Atti in Shotton.
As well the new building, there would be improvement and alteration works to the existing school building.
Other notable planning applications recently submitted to the council are as follows:
- Plans by Bay Tree Conservatories Limited for an orangery at The Tyddyn 3 Trem Y Dref, Gwernymynydd
- Consultation on the Scoping Request made on behalf of Liverpool Bay CSS Limited for an order granting development consent for the HyNet North West Carbon Dioxide Pipeline between Cheshire and Flintshire. The area earmarked is in the Northop Hall Community Council area.
- Erection of garage extension to side with additional bedroom and enlargement of existing bedroom in the roof space at Bryn Awel, Lixwm, Holywell
- Partial demolition and extension at Nannerch Hall Farm, Pen Y Felin Road, Nannerch, Mold
