EWLOE-based Anwyl Homes has strengthened its design team with the appointment of a new senior architectural technician.

With seven years’ experience in the volume house building sector Kevin Coyne, from Widnes, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT).

He said: “I’ve always been interested in architecture and design, so the house building sector appealed to me as every day brings lots of variety.

"Seeing each new development progress from planning through to completion is hugely rewarding, and the quality of homes we design at Anwyl really do stand out from the competition.

“I’m looking forward to supporting the Anwyl team on a number of new projects across Cheshire and North Wales.”

Keen Manchester City fan and runner Kevin is engaged with a four-year-old son.

He started out in his career in private architectural practice before moving into house building and has a HND in Building Studies.

Phil Dolan, managing director for Anwyl Homes Cheshire and North Wales, said: “With his wealth of experience in housing design, Kevin is a valued addition to our technical team.

"We have a number of new developments in the planning pipeline across the region, including sites in Deeside, Mold and Llandudno, and look forward to bringing these proposals forward.”

Established more than 90 years, Anwyl Homes is a family run business with its headquarters at St David’s Park in Ewloe.
