A NUMBER of new applications and decisions have been made on applications in the Mold and Holywell areas.

Plans have been submitted for a change of use of land at Dollar Park on Bagillt Road in Holywell for the storing of caravans for residential purposes.

Another is for the demolition of an existing dwelling and outbuildings and construction of a replacement eco-house dwelling and agricultural outbuilding at Hendy Farm, Babell, Holywell

Others include:

  • Proposed single storey rear extension and external render to elevations at Tynllwyn, Strand Lane, Holywell

  • Erection of a single storey rear extension at 2 Sandy Grove, Mold
  • Proposed garage conversion to office / utility and new raised flat roof at 20 Godrer Coed, Gwernymynydd

The following planning decisions for the Mold and Holywell areas have been made:

  • Approved plans for alterations and extension at Glenville, Rhosesmor
  • Approved plans for the erection of outbuildings at Tyddyn Ucha Cottage, Black Brook, Sychdyn
  • Approved plans for new illuminated fascia signage to front and side of building to replace existing at Poundland Ambrose Lloyd Centre, Wrexham Street, Mold
  • Approved plans for a two storey side extension for larger bedroom, toilet and wash facilities, and a toilet and utility area with general storage space on the ground floor and porch at the front of the house at 12 Llys Tudela, Mold
  • Approved retrospective application for a change of use of land to garden area at Stone Villa, Cilcain Road, Pantymwyn
  • Approved plans for erection of first floor extension above garage with an additional single storey rear extension at 7 Godrer Coed, Gwernymynydd
