Callum Davies, aged 25 and of Maelor Avenue, Penycae, was sentenced for driving without insurance, failing to stop a vehicle when required and driving whilst banned. He received an eight week custodial sentence but it was suspended for two years. Davies must undertake 100 hours of unpaid work as well as paying a £120 fine and £85 costs. He was banned from driving for five years.
Simon Bond, aged 41 and of Bryn Yorkin in Caergwrle, was sentenced for one offence of exposure, in that he intentionally exposed his genitals to a female on board a train between Bidston and Wrexham. He was handed a 14 week custodial sentence, but it was suspended for 18 months in order to allow Bond a chance to continue to rehabilitate himself by working with the Probation Service as part of a sentence imposed upon him earlier in the year. He must pay £300 compensation, as well as £85 costs.

Paul Atkinson, aged 49 and of Gardden Road, Rhosllanerchrugog, was sentenced for possessing cannabis. He was fined £80 and must pay £85 costs, as well as a £32 victim surcharge.
Stefan Frith, aged 27 and of Mile Barn Road, Wrexham, was sentenced for drink-driving. The court imposed a 16 month driving ban, £433 fine, £173 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Timothy Jeal, aged 37 and of Cemetery Road in Rhosllanerchrugog, was sentenced for one offence of criminal damage. He received a 12 month community order with drug rehabilitation, up to 15 days of rehabilitation activity and a restraining order. The court ordered him to pay £85 costs.
Daniel Jones, aged 45 and of Burnam Gardens in Wrexham, was sentenced for four offences of theft from shop. He received a 24 month conditional discharge and must pay compensation in the sums of: £7.50, £5.65, £5.65 and £7.70 - in addition to two sets of prosecution costs at £85 each.
