A CARMARTHENSHIRE pensioner has been found not guilty of breaching a civil injunction.
Peter Larkin, 73, of Maes-Y-Wern in Carway, appeared at Swansea Crown Court on April 23.
Larkin was accused of breaching an injunction by parking multiple vehicles registered to him and applying a lock to a gate in Bancffosfelen on September 8.

The injunction was issued in April 2013.
At Swansea Crown Court, the prosecution offered no evidence, and a formal not guilty verdict was entered.
