A WREXHAM male voice choir missed out on the final of Britain's Got Talent despite once again stunning the judges.

The Johns' Boys Male Chorus, from Rhos, appeared in the semi finals of ITV's hit talent show on Tuesday night.

And the judges heaped praise on them after their performance of Harry Style's song 'Falling'.

Simon Cowell described it as "quite brilliant" and said the choir's conductor, Aled Phillips, was "immaculate". Bruno Tonioli said it was "perfection", while Alesha Dixon described the performance as "beautiful".

Amanda Holden added: "I've never seen a group of men stand so tall and look so proud."

After the results of the public votes were announced, Johns' Boys were named in the final three ahead of this Sunday's finale.

But despite getting the backing from Bruno; Amanda, Alesha and Simon all voted for 11-year-old Olivia Lynes - who proceeds on the final.

Aled Phillips jokingly said that the "brilliant" song choice was inspired by Ant McPartlin - who took a fall minutes into Monday's other semi-final.
