RYAN Reynolds has described the Wrexham community as "something truly special.

His comments came after The Reds knocked Championship side Coventry City out of the FA Cup last weekend.

Following the dramatic 4-3 win at the Coventry Building Society Arena, the club's star owner, Ryan Reynolds, took to social media to praise everyone associated with the club.

He posted on his Facebook page saying: "Today was one of the most magical moments Rob and I have had since becoming stewards of this historic club, Wrexham AFC.

"Beating a club three leagues above us in The Emirates FA Cup 3rd round was an experience I’ll never forget. This town. This community is something truly special."

The Reds will now host another Championship side, high-flying Sheffield United, in the fourth round.

They travel to Greater Manchester to face Altrincham in the FA Trophy on Friday night.
